(if necessary) setup password/security 1b. Fund with ETH (user is expected to have a source of ETH) 1c. (if in wallet app) enter Toastycoin url or find Toastycoin app listing 2. User can interact with TC with all abilities desktop/Metamask users have. I will be periodically adding funds to this payment, and I welcome others to contribute if they'd like to see this done quickly. This work should be finished at most one week after commitment.)
